Our services are limited to general advice and a select basket of services that can be provided over the counter. At no stage do we at Skylaw Legal or our representatives purport to represent clients in ongoing legal or other proceedings. Our service offerings are specifically designed to only provide services which do not require ongoing legal representation. By purchasing any of our services you agree that you understand and accept these terms and conditions. How it works
You can either purchase one of our existing services or request a custom quote via our contact page. If you purchase a existing service we will send you a short questionnaire to help us better understand your exact requirements. This is also a opportunity for you to provide us with all the details about your specific request. Acceptance of Skylaw Terms and Conditions
By registering on our website and purchasing any of our services you expressly agree to and accept our Terms and Conditions, Customer Agreement and all policies which are found here-under whether in written or link format. You are required to familiarize yourself with all our terms, conditions and policies before registering on our website or purchasing any of our services. The following Delivery policy is only valid for services purchased via the Skylaw Legal website. Should you have any questions regarding delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org. Skylaw will only deliver services purchased via electronic methods (via email or other digital file transfer services). Delivery is free and you will be responsible for data and other related costs when receiving any services purchased via our website. While we attempt to deliver services within 15 working days, such timely delivery can be effected during periods of high demand. Express delivery can be arranged subject to prior agreement and at an additional charge.
Refund & Complaints Policy
At Skylaw Legal we believe in offering quality services at affordable prices and, in doing so, increase access to these types of services for all. All requests for refunds and complaints can be submitted to email@example.com. We will evaluate each submission carefully and attempt to resolve the matter with you within 30 calendar days. Should we decide to effect a refund, we will deduct all bank charges incurred and only reimburse you with the balance. We will, however, not charge you a administration fee. In certain circumstances we will not be able to provide you with a refund until you have sent us clear & colour copies of your Identity Documents & Proof of Residence (not older than 3 months). We will evaluate each request for cancellation carefully and will attempt to finalize the cancellation request with you within 30 calendar days.
